In this last pattern, I needed a design to create more of a contrast between my other designs and so the use of scale was very important for this pattern. This pattern is more simple yet I think it helps to create a strong relationship between my set of wallpapers as it is developed through only using one basic 'dandelion stem' which is then found in all other patterns.
I chose to use white and a turquoise green for my designs as I felt these colours were able to highlight features of my wallpapers and would also help me to achieve my overall design goals. I feel this turquoise green is a very natural/organic colour and as these wallpapers would be used to decorate a studio, the combination with white is subtle and relaxing.
